Regular service includes changing the engine oil and oil filter. If necessary, other filters are replaced (air filter, cabin filter, and diesel particulate filter for diesel vehicles).

Regular service includes checking:
  • brakes and brake fluid,
  • transmission and transmission oil,
  • cooling system,
  • power steering fluid,
  • chassis,
  • exhaust system,
  • CV joints,
  • tires,
  • batteries, etc.

Major Vehicle Service

Major service is of great importance for your vehicle. The engine components wear out over time, including the timing belt or timing chain, which can break and cause higher costs as other engine parts need to be replaced. To reduce the risk of failure, it is recommended to perform regular service checks. The major service should be done between 100,000 and 200,000 kilometers or every 8 to 10 years. The timing is stated in the service manual, as each vehicle brand has its recommended service intervals.

Major vehicle service includes:
  • replacing the timing belt or timing chain, tensioner, and micro belt,
  • replacing the water pump,
  • replacing the spark plugs,
  • replacing the engine oil,
  • replacing the coolant,
  • replacing filters (oil, air, and cabin filters).
